At revolution sports injuries clinic our approach utilises a combination of hands-on therapy with corrective exercise prescription.
The combination of these two disciplines enables us to ensure that your injury is fixed as quickly as possible and that it stays away permanently.Whether your pain is merely annoying or totally life altering we can help.
In simple terms, the root cause of most injuries (unless the result of a collision or accident) is usually down to a combination of the following factors:
- Poor postural alignment
- Muscle imbalance around a joint
- Poor movement patterns
- Lack of specific strength
Hands-on therapy may help to elevate the pain of your injury, but often it only addresses the symptoms of the problem – the pain itself. Through exercise prescription and coaching we can work on the root causes and prevent it from reoccurring. You don't have to be an athlete to use our services. We get as much satisfaction from making a difference to the life of a client with a disabling condition as we do working with elite sports. Many of our current personal training clients were patients who were previously treated by us for injuries which caused them discomfort.
We treat a wide range of injuries:
- All recurring postural pain
- Lower back injuries/pain/ache/sciatica
- Upper back/neck problems, headaches and whiplash
- Thoracic tightness/pain
- Acute/chronic pain
- Hip/groin problems
- Knee problems, ankle problems and upper limb problems
- Soft tissue rehabilitation
- Sports injuries
- Joint stiffness
- Muscular aches/pain/strains/pulls
- Rheumatic/arthritic pain
- Post-natal lower back/hip pain
How Can A Sports Therapist or Physio Help?

Chronic injuries can be prevented and treated by identifying risk factors. We can do this by using state of the art video motion analysis.
